A: The best location to drop off passengers is along Douglas Street near the intersection with Main Street. CLICK HERE for a map of parking and the passenger unloading area.

A: All parking in Downtown Brenham is free and unmetered! We have ample street parking as well as lots surrounding the theatre. CLICK HERE for a map of parking and the passenger unloading area.

Q: May I take photos during the performance?
A: Most artists who perform here allow the use of non-flash photography. We will announce at the beginning of each show if photography is permitted. Some will sign autographs and take pictures with guests after the show, but this is always up to the artists. We will inform all ticket holders prior to showtime if performers will be signing items and greeting patrons.
Q: Is the theatre haunted?
A: Like many historic theatres, yes we have a ghost! We believe our ghost is that of Mr. James Simon who commissioned the building of the Simon Theatre however unfortunately passed away before the theatre was completed. We feel Mr. Simon sticks around to see some shows and make sure we’re good tenan Several staff members have had brief interactions with Mr. Simon so ask for our stories next time you’re here!
