Our Available Spaces

The Hasskarl Auditorium is a 321 seat theatre restored to its original beauty with modern-day technology like Digital Cinema Projection. It can be used for meetings/conferences, classic and independent films, live music performances, and wedding ceremonies.

A large historic theater space features conference attendees seated watching a presentation on the screen on the stage.

The Bullock Ballroom offers a seating capacity of 220 with beautiful Chiavari chairs and three different types of tables including conference, banquet and 60 inch round tables. It also offers a stage for band or DJ, podium area, state-of-the-art Audio/video system, catering kitchen, elegant restrooms, crystal chandeliers and original 1925 wood floors.A board room setup featuring an arrangement of tables in a long rectangular shape. Computer monitors sit on additional tables between attendees.

Morriss Hall is our newly completed conference space on the first floor of the venue. Morriss Hall features an airwall that when in place creates two smaller rooms – the Sam D.W. Low Jr. Room and the Johnie Schulte Jr. Room. Morriss Hall features carpeted flooring throughout, comfortable conference chairs, modern A/V equipment including projection and sound, restrooms located just outside the room plus a small catering prep room featuring a refrigerator, sink, ice machine and prep tables.

Your rental includes all of the following amenities:
  • An on-site member of our staff at your event to handle all lighting, A/V, monitor/maintain restrooms, HVAC, and will be available for any other needs that arise regarding the facility.
  • Tables (5 different styles to choose from)
  • Chairs
  • Initial set-up of tables and chairs in a design created exclusively for your needs.
  • Key-code access to The Barnhill Center for you and your vendors – makes access incredibly easy for you and your vendors.
  • Access to a caterer’s kitchen (dependent on which rooms are rented). The catering kitchen includes an ice machine, warmers, industrial-sized refrigerator, dishwashing station, and lots of counter space for food prep.
  • You can utilize any caterer, florist, planner, etc. that you wish.

Venues are available for rent,  together or separately.
